INDIVIDUAL DIRECT BOOKING:

1 night charge – once cancelled 365 prior to arrival date.
100% charge – in case of NO SHOW.
100% charge – if guest cancelled his/her booking on the same date of his/her arrival date.

GROUP BOOKING:

1 night charge per room or per person once cancelled after the confirmation of the booking.
50% once cancelled 2 months prior arrival date.
75% once cancelled 1 month prior arrival date.
100% once cancelled 48 hours prior arrival date.

NOTE: On the website, we prioritize the individual direct booking as usually we received group inquiry thru e-mail.
